"Bye, Missy!" she said, slightly regretfully. She glanced at Bobo, who looked like he was about to explode or something. A bit of fur on her back raised with fear.

"Bye, Missy," Rae said, before fixing her gaze on Bobo. "You know what Bobo? You really can be an idiot. Twolegs may wait on us, but if they stopped feeding us out of the blue, then what would we do? Sure, we can hunt, but there is only so much prey. Once that runs out, we'd be starving, and would kill other cats over prey. Or we would have to go and join the Clans. But though Twolegs are stupid, and we're ten, maybe twenty times smarter than them, we're not the kings. Got that?"
Lorelei shifted uncomfortably. Well, she had never been comfortable around other cats, besides her brother. "Um... I met the Clans, too. I just came over because I... um... heard you talking about the Clans and thought that you might know my brother. He lives with the Clans."

Trinnie, jumped, then gestured for Augsbery to come over. "Guess what!" she whispered loudly, then without waiting for a reply, added, "This cat's been with the Clans!"
The older tom's interest was sparked by this bit of knowledge, and he left the argument of who was stupider to Rae and Bobo. "That's very interesting..."
"Sorry, cat," the she-cat told Lorelei, for she didn't know her name, "but the only one who's met the Clans out of this group is Bobo, and he's kind of shouting."

"Bye," Bobo meowed for some reason. "You know what Rae? WRONG, WRONG, WRONG! You said when prey would run out, we'd have to join the Clans. THEY HUNT TOO! The land here is no different, except for the fact there are houses. We wouldn't all of a sudden start killing each other for food! There's a new way to resolve this problem, in case you haven't heard from under your little rock over there. Cats now have legs so they can move to other places to hunt." Sitting next to Lorelei, he meowed,"What's your brother's name?"
Missy dipped her head and Tommy did the same, meowing,"Hope to see some of you again." They both turned padded over to the road, looking both ways, and ran straight across. As soon as they came to other side of the road a car went by, and when it had passed Missy and Tommy had disappeared into the bushes.

Rae rolled her eyes. Bobo was, in her opinion, a complete and total mouse-brain. He didn't get that the Twolegs attracted rats, but there were too many kittypets. The food would run out, and some cats didn't even know how to hunt. There just wasn't enough here.
Lorelei took a deep breath, unsure of why she was here all of a sudden. "M-my name's Lor-lorlei," she stuttered. "My brother's n-name is Dragonheart, a-and he's in a C-clan called WaterClan. I w-was in W-WaterClan too, b-but I l-left because..." Lorelei swallowed. "B-because when th-they were fighting, I w-was so s-sickened by the th-though of h-hurting another c-cat. S-so I left." Lorelei fell silent suddenly.
((This reminds me- I still need to make Dragonheart. XD))

Bobo raised his eye brow. "Got a little problem with pronouncing words?" Changing his personality completely at the moment, he meowed,"Is there something wrong, like that you stutter? Or is that because you're afraid of us?..."

Trinity frowned at him. "Aw, c'mon, Bobo! She's just nervous is all." The kittypet nudged the other she-cat, purring lightly. "Don't worry. We're all pretty harmless, here. Some of us--" Here, she paused to glare at Bobo and her mate. "--can get pretty rude, almost like they don't know how to treat a she-cat."

Bobo snorted. "You know what I can't get? She-cats are always saying how precious they are and how they should be treated with so much attention and stuff, and yet they always say that they're tough and can do whatever a Tom can do too! And I know that you can't be both tough and be like a little baby."

His tone stung, and she felt undeniable rage rise up in her. Trinnie stepped forward, but before her body could act out what she'd had in mind, Augsbery stepped in.
"Now, now, Bobo," the older tom said in a deadly serious tone. "Am I not correct in assuming you have just insulted my mate?" His eyes were bright, and he knew the younger, more agile tom would either blow him off or win the fight they could potentially have. Augsbery had been out of practice in years, as he'd had the opinionated, yet wonderfully ditsy Trinnie to anchor him down.

Bobo backed off a bit. "Hey, man. I'm just pointin` stuff out. It doesn't seem right for all she-cats to do that." He shrugged. "But if you're askin` the question, I'd say yes, I was."

Augsbery lowered his head, slightly, and his back fur flattened. "Then I believe you owe her an apology, yes?"

Bobo shrugged again. "I don't know. Probably, but what for?"

"For your very rude comment on the elegant race of she-cats!" hissed Trinity hotly. She was amazed that Augsbery would even be willing to fight, after all this years. She'd broken him out of the habit before he met Dante, because for a kittypet, Dante could actually fight. He'd grown up with two other tomcats. However charmed she was by her mate's gesture, though, Trinnie wanted to fight her own battles--Not literally, of course. Her twolegs would NOT like her fur to get all tangled.

"Toms," Rae muttered under her breath.
Lorelei, even more nervous now that she had seen the two toms come close to fighting, stammered, "N-no, I d-don't s-stutter." She realized that she had been stuttering there, and felt heat prickle her pelt.

"Elegant, now, huh? The only thing you're go for is to make more cats." Bobo turned to Lorelei and meowed,"I will say that I'm sorry about all of the things I've said about she-cats to her. She seems like the only decent she-cat here!"

Trinnie hissed sharply. "Oh, yes, of course you suggest that first," she spat at him. "We all know what the minds of toms are hardwired to!"
"Easy, now..." muttered Augsbery, though he doubted his mate would take notice to his statement. She'd always been the temperamental type...something that had attracted him in the first place. The old tom sighed, warningly suggesting, "Bobo, somehow I don't think your comments are exactly helping this situation."

"What first? And what situation?" Bobo pressed on. He knew it would probably annoy them, and that's what he wanted.

Lorelei shifted uncomfortably. She didn't like all of the hissing that was going on.
Rae rolled her eyes, and began to wash a paw. Unless the toms started actually clawing each other, she didn't want to be involved.

"Blah blah blah blah! She-cats are the ultimate cats! Woopie! Toms are stupid! Yay! Toms only help the She-cats in so many ways, such as protecting them and stuff. Yeah, without us the race of cats would just simply die out." Satisfied, he scooted closer to Lorelei.
(Notice how Bobo's flirting with Lorelei? XD )

Rae glared at Bobo. "Excuse me, idiot. She-cats are perfectly capable of taking care of themselves. You toms just think you're all that." With a glance at Augsberry, she added, "Not that some of you don't act that way, but we get morons like Bobo sometimes."
