The warrior hummed a little as he thought about this, then said, "Well, we might as well check out Fourstreams." Hopping to his paws almost immediately after he said this, Sandhorse began leading the way to a place they'd already passed, but hadn't investigated. He basically just...followed the water.

Windpaw followed Sandhorse again, towards Fourstreams. His fur prickled with excitement. Countless times, he had imagined running towards the sacred gathering place, outrunning Flowerpaw (then Flowerkit) by several foxlengths. He leap over the stream, and land on the opposite shore. Windpaw was abruptly shaken from his fantasy as he stumbled over a small stone. Embarrassed, he righted himself and focused on avoiding obstacles.

Sensing the embarrassment from his apprentice, Sandhorse purred softly, then hopped onto a fallen log. "We usually cross here," he explained, beginning to edge along the wood towards the other side, which was a patch of land that should probably have been water-logged. By some miracle, it wasn't. And it pleased Sandhorse that it was that way. "Come n' explore." His eyes bright with enthusiasm and encouragement, the warrior stepped to one side and watched Windpaw. The first time here was grand, yes...But it was nothing compared to when many cats gathered peacefully.

Windpaw jumped onto the log, and gripped the surface with his claws. He walked across, and then jumped on the far shore. He stared around himself with wide eyes, and walked on the grass. He stared up at the Greatrock, and tried to imagine the leaders. Of course, three of them were imaginations of what he thought they should look like. He only had names to work with, so they probably didn't look anything like the leaders.

"So what do you think?" the mentor asked softly, creeping quietly along behind Windpaw. He was content to watch the apprentice's wonder, but still was curious to hear Windpaw describe it.

"It's really..." Windpaw paused, searching for the right word. "...amazing. I'd bet anything that it's even more amazing when the Clans are here, and the leaders are up on the Greatrock. Oh- and I bet it looks... magical in the moonlight." It was rare that Windpaw was ever so awed by anything, so he fell silent, and absorbed the view.

Windpaw nodded, getting what Sandhorse was saying.

"What're we going to do next?" Windpaw asked after taking in their surroundings for several more minutes. As always, there was a touch of excitement in his voice- he loved being ahead of his sister, Flowerpaw.

"Okay," Windpaw agreed, following Sandhorse at a run. He jumped over the stream, and then paused. "Erm... which was is the HillClan border?"
