Name: Morningdove
Gender: She-cat
Age: 91 Moons
Rank: Senior Warrior
Clan: TreeClan
Picture:
Physical Description: A light cream-tannish color fur, with dark brown patches on her face, paws, and tail (I think that they're called seal-point markings). Her chest fur and underbelly fur are lighter than the rest of her fur, almost white. The fur on her face is a lighter brown underneath her ears, and on the crown of her head. She's an average size, even if she's a bit skinny. Her eyes are a striking blue.
Personality: Stubborn and determined. She never listens, and on the rare occasion that she pays attention, she may do just the opposite to annoy you. She likes practical jokes. Her caring, understanding side only makes a rare appearance- the only cat that she's not rude to is her brother, Reedvoice. She is the only cat in the Clan that can completely understand his sign language.
History: Morningdove was born Morningkit of TreeClan. She had one littermate, her brother, Reedvoice, then Reedkit. Soon after her birth, one of the queens, Daisyfoot, died from greencough. Daisyfoot's kit, Fawnkit, was adopted by Morningkit's mother. Morningkit got on well enough with Fawnkit, but their friendship drifted after Fawnkit became mysteriously aloof. Soon afterwards, Fawnkit was apprenticed, and a few moons later, Morningkit was apprenticed as well. She was a difficult apprentice to train, but Morningpaw listened slightly better to her mentor than she did to most cats. At the same time as Reedpaw, Morningpaw gained her warrior name of Morningdove. No cat knows the reason why she got the name Morningdove, except for the leader. Of course, Morningdove didn't care much, so she never asked. A while into her warrior-ship, her brother lost his voice, and she learned his sign language as he created it. Dreamheart, Reedvoice's former apprentice, also learned the sign language, but not as completely as Morningdove. Morningdove became good friends with Dreamheart over this time. At the same time as all of this, Morningdove was also grieving with her Clan because Fawnflower had died shortly after Reedvoice lost his voice. She is still a warrior, even though Reedvoice retired early because of his loss of voice.
In Character (IC): "G'morning, Reedvoice," Morningdove said, spotting her brother sitting in a patch of sunlight.
Reedvoice dipped his head and twitched his tail tip twice, meaning, Good morning, how are you?
"Okay," Morningdove said. "And you?"
Reedvoice twisted one of his front paws so that the pad was facing up, meaning I'm doing well, thank you.
"That's good to hear," Morningdove said. "Well, I've got to go and hunt. See you!"
Other: Morningdove doesn't have a mate, and doesn't really care about finding one.
